How Long Does Installation Take?
Most standard TV mounting appointments take 20–60 minutes.
More complex installations — such as fireplace mounts, brick or concrete walls, in-wall wire concealment, or larger TVs — may take additional time.
For multiple TV installations, most appointments take 40–90 minutes, depending on the scope of work.
Can You Mount a TV Above a Fireplace?
Yes — we specialize in TV mounting above fireplaces.
We carefully evaluate the wall structure, heat clearance, viewing angle, and mounting safety before installation. We can also install MantelMount pull-down brackets for improved comfort and better viewing height.
Please note:
Above-fireplace mounting has an additional fee of $39
Wire concealment above a fireplace is not included in the standard above-fireplace service
In some fireplace setups, internal cable concealment may not be possible due to construction restrictions
For internal wire concealment above a fireplace, a consultation may be required first
Because fireplaces vary in design and wall construction, some installations require extra care, additional labor, or a custom solution. If you are unsure whether your fireplace setup can support concealed wiring, we recommend booking a consultation so we can review the options with you.
Can You Hide the Wires?

In-wall cable concealment — $99
Low-profile plastic cord covers — $49
Please note that our technicians do not perform electrical work, and unfortunately, we cannot install or move electrical outlets behind the TV.
For some walls, especially when fire blocks are present inside the wall, in-wall concealment may not be recommended. In these situations, wire concealment may require two wall openings, and one of those openings may need to be patched and painted afterward.
If in-wall concealment is not the best option for your setup, we can recommend a low-profile cord cover for a clean, neat, and professional look.

Can You Set Up the TV?
Yes — we offer basic TV setup services along with professional TV mounting.
After mounting your TV, our technicians can help connect your TV to power, plug in HDMI devices, set the correct input, and complete a simple setup so your system is ready to use. We can also connect common devices such as a streaming device, cable box, Xbox, or PlayStation, and organize visible cables for a cleaner final result.
This service is designed for customers who want a smooth and convenient TV installation and setup experience in one visit. Please note that advanced networking, account logins, smart home integration, and electrical work are not included.

The best TV mount depends on your room, wall type, and viewing needs.
Fixed TV Mount — Best for a clean, low-profile look in bedrooms, offices, and rooms where the TV will be viewed straight on.
Tilt TV Mount — Best for reducing glare and improving viewing comfort when the TV is mounted higher on the wall.
Full-Motion TV Mount — Best for corner installs, larger rooms, and flexible viewing angles.
MantelMount Pull-Down Mount — Best for TV mounting above a fireplace, allowing the TV to be pulled down for safer and more comfortable viewing.
We can also order specialty TV mounts upon request, including ceiling mounts, long-arm mounts, extra-large TV mounts, and other custom mounting solutions.

Can You Mount TV on Celling?
Yes — we can help with ceiling TV mounting at no additional cost!
Ceiling mounts are a good option for commercial spaces, gyms, open rooms, waiting areas, and custom home installations where wall mounting is not the best fit. Because ceiling installations depend on the structure, height, and mounting location, this service is typically available by request and may require a custom mount.
If you need a ceiling TV mount, we can review your setup and recommend the best mounting solution for your space.
